So soy milk would be a better option from an environmental perspective than the most regeneratively produced, most biodynamic. And by far, not even close. So about precision fermentation. That also I think deserves at least a quick mention here as a potential alternative to traditionally produced dairy. This idea of producing dairy proteins through microbes. Is that something that you've looked at? And do you see that as being part of the overall solution to improving the environmental friendliness of our diet going forward? Yeah, absolutely. I think it's going to play a major role in the coming years.
