Teacher Development - It's Not a Walk Through the Park, Sure.
I am so fortunate that every teacher development lad in our 11 schools is really good. I have the best team to work with, and they know their staff so well. It makes my job a hell of a lot easier. But i do think on a personal mevel, havin't some sort of realy simple system like chris says is really, really beneficial. And be scholdes, by by design, very, very busy. If the mentorand the mentor know the journey all the proofs in the putting. That's all you need.
