Increasing the Height of the Bar Bell in Weight Lifting
In weight lifting, you have o be able to lift a very, very heavy weight to ertain height. A great example i have would be when i was talking to peris demos about his model of teaching the lifts. He suggested that people do i want to say he was doing like snatchpoles, where they would pause at the top of the pull. Their feet would remain on the ground, flatfooted. They would shrug up and pull their elbows up high, and try to hold that that position. Now, he had a huge yet huge agreement with a a us coach. Ah, he was really upset.
