The Importance of Slowing Down to Speed Up

I just want people to realize that you can be 11 years into a business and pivot completely. And I think that for me, these conversations are much more valuable than getting someone on who set up a business,. It popped straight away and they flew. But this guy's been to the mill to try and get the success that he's now enjoying. He was almost at full capacity, but actually his tanks were running dry because he was no passion behind it. That's available for any of us to do to sometimes just put our foot on the ball, take our foot off the gas, whatever metaphor you want to use.
