The Effects of Exercise on Hamstring Growth

The lower glute grew more than the upper and middle. The gluten medius and minimus didn't grow very much from either exercise. So if you want a more isolated stimulus to the glute, I would go with a hip thrust. If you want more like a shotgun, every muscle is going to grow type thing. You could go with the squat.
