We can use metabolic strategies exactly like you described Diet exercise But also things like sleep getting good sleep decreasing your stress when you're able to do that um Those are all Improving metabolism or addressing metabolic problems. I actually genuinely believe that we can help the majority of people probably not 100% of people but more than 50% who are currently diagnosed with chronic mental disorder And be happy healthy productive So citizens human beings again I say.
