Where Do They Stop?

The stopping point really mattering a lot. If it's way too specific, then you give no license for creativity or the ability for there to be autonomy for the teams. I think that if everybody is on the same page about exactly how you're going to go about making that happen, that's really important because then you can sort of like subdivided into different teams and not have a bunch of different teams all thinking in radically different ways.
