How to Maintain Normalized Power on a Hilly Course
I think that's a common issue with a lot of athletes is just pushing too hard on the hill, especially on those kind of rollers. That reminds me of when I got my first power meter and I did the Kansas 70.3. And by the last 10 to 15 miles, I was just dying. Had I had this tool at the time, it probably would have told me how to distribute that effort rather than trying to get it all in in that first 20 miles or so.
