How Meditation Helps You Cope With Life in Real Time
Last year I did a meditation course with Jillian Lavender at the London School of Meditation. We both were exploring meditation in order to help with issues we both have that are that they're symmetry in and that the low self esteem is probably one of them. It's about learning to go and empty the frustration tank or the pent up tank depending on the flavor of the day. And sometimes that means literally locking myself in the loo and just taking 15 minutes to meditate. Sometimes there's nowhere else to do it. But, you know, what make it work wherever you,. you know, back of taxis, I've learned how to meditate quite well.
