More than 40% of my interim communication is done via text. We recognize our candidates have day jobs because we recruit gamefully employed candidates for the most part. Recognize that we too want to develop a relationship, get to no perspective candidates. It starts with trust and recognizing just because a recruiter has a job doesn't mean it has to be the job or the only job.
