I like to train the diaphragm and pelvic floor, which a lot of people don't even touch on. It's just kind of training it by itself is just I think it's fucking nonexistent. Every single person that's ever worked or partnered with Brian McKenzie has effectively cut him out of the business after a short period of time,. He disavowed any knowledge of me included. And then literally, uh, Larry and them did the same thing. But, um, you know, Wim Hof was really the first one, but I don't want when I look at the Wim Hof stuff, like it's looks like you're activating that parasympathetic nervous system.
