Stronger Hamstring Tendons Are a Preventative Measure

Having stronger hamstring tendons seems to be suggested that that is a preventative measure to take against developing something, right? And the other way of saying that not to instill fear in people, but having weaker hamstrings may be a risk factor. We just spent a bunch of time talking about how a yoga practice, we love yoga, but it's not a good setting for strengthening the hamstrings. So assuming they don't also strength, strain or do something else that offers them strength, if yoga is their only thing then they probably have weak and under loaded hamstrings as well.
