The Importance of Protein in Muscle Health

We're going to be naturally exercising less as we get older. We know due to hormones coming back the protein piece is a little less relevant as people are younger, although they should still be cognizant and apply what we're saying. The big difference is as we know for 100% certainly your calorie needs go down. Most 80 year olds just decrease their whole diet and so they're getting a lot less protein. So that's the real challenge.
