How to Source Early Stage Ballpark Deal Size
If I were a startup founder today, anywhere from something like 1 million and a are even less than that to let's call it 30 or 40 million in a are the way that I would source candidates as I would take a spreadsheet. And I would plug in the top 10 performing startup companies over the last five to seven years. There are going to be three to five sales leaders that started as early sales reps, and just crushed it and grew with the business. So we hired somebody that grew their career there to come in and lead sales for us.
