When you think about this idea of catalyzing someone or having someone do something different, did the strategies and tactics change based on those three pillars? If you dial any of those up or down, does it change the set of strategies and tactics or not? I often work with clients where they say, oh, we have this strategy. What do you thinkabout this strategy? And I tend to do this annoying thing where I say, well, what problem are we trying to solve with this strategy? It depends on the problem we're trying to solve," he says.
