It will be a combination of both. What i want to do is set the foundational elements of sleep science, so that everyone is on the same page in terms of what this thing called sleep is and how it works. And then once we've established that, the podcast will go all over the map. We will talk about sleep and relationship, sleep and sex. Will speak about sleep and diet, sleep and exercise, sleep and mental health. There will be a whole series, of course, on sleep and dreaming and lucid dreaming. It will be constantly evolving with all the latest and greatest. As you said in sleep ience, what am i changing my mind on?
