- Add Extra Flavor - herbs, spices, vinegars, hot sauce, mustard, ketchup - these are a secret weapon of taste.
- Don't drink your calories, but do drink water, black coffee, and tea

Meat, eggs, dairy, seafood, oil, white bread & pasta, excessive salt and added sugar
Limit -avocados (¼ per day), tofu, tempeh, and nuts (walnuts preferred)
