How Intermittent Fasting Can Affect Your Brain

Intermittent fasting is really sort of like the colloquial non-specific way that people refer to myriad different food restriction paradigms but time-restricted eating is like the specific form of it that you study in your lab. So for example, you know if I eat only between say 8 am and 4 pm today and then tomorrow if I eat between 8 pm and 4 am,. For most people they'll think that yes I'm doing intermittent fasting or time receiving but it's actually not right because when we eat signals our circadian clock. The reason is since it's linked to the concept of circadian rhythm you can kind of link to what happens when daylight saving time changes.
