I wanted to explore some of these things with you and some of them maybe the nuances. work like you were probably doing that work when you didn't have a lot of social energy okay earlier you had mentioned um eat that frog and four hours of deep work which I think comes from other couple places as well. What I tell people to really consider is if you think you're a momentum builder look at what you actually do when you're doing that.
