With the kettlebell, you get this, like I said, a thick handle offset center of mass. That is assisted to a point and then very challenging once you've been also a certain point. And so it builds strength in with a barbell with a dumbbell, the center of mass is always going to be with your hand. So that just that difference in center of mass and thickness of the handle creates a different loading through the body.
