For me, self-care is a lot more mental and being comfortable with who you are as a person. I feel like in the modern day with marketing taking up so much head space now that it's like unavoidable when you're scrolling down Instagram or whatever. It can be overwhelming at times, trying to figure out what will exactly work for me or what will make me feel better. And it really depends on what you enjoy doing and what makes you feel better.
