How to Structure Your Deals

You mentioned that your aspiration to work with a number of businesses and the leaders in those businesses. How do you go about structuring your deals? What kind of proportion are you looking for in terms of equity versus debt, et cetera? And I think I'm not sure what the right answer is because obviously the more leverage you bring in potentially the greater the return on equity, but possibly the greater the risk as well.
