Are Anti Rotation Exercises Important for Endurance Runners?

Angelo: When runners think of themselves as runners, it does put blinders on them. We're bracing the corps and fighting the erds to rotate in ter direction that we don't want,. So if a force is pulling you to your right, your body might overcomee and try to pull to the left, right. The idea is that our body, if left to its own devices, sometimes is not very efficient. And one way you canafight an efficiency is by training to resist the urges to rotate in a direction that you don't want to go in when your gols to move straight ahead.
