How to Play a High Level Vault Bastard Game

I'm actually really curious what high level void bastards play looks like in terms of doing, really optimizing the hell out. And how often they pop open the map, take a breather and have a bit of a think about what they're doing. So if somebody's just sort of moseying around, shooting some enemies, runs out of bullets and then dies, if running out of bullets is what kills you, then you're probably not playing at a high level yet.
