I think in general, looking at schools is having gotten a lot of unfair, undue credit because of the schools where I met. One of the things that I recommend is actually hiring a bias buster. Even if you really care about it, you're probably going to feel a little defensive when you get this feedbackBecause it's really difficult. So, I hired someone to actually read the book and appoint them out to me.
