Every ligament, tendon, muscle, bone has a certain capacity that it can withstand. If you create an environment that exceeds that capacity, then it's going to start breaking down rather than building up. What we want to do in our training is find a sweet spot that still challenges those structures. We sort of want to challenge those structures and recover on the back end.
