Are Your Goals Realistic?

We have a pretty clear sense about who's going to be successful and what the red flags are to look for, right? In most companies, their sales team is not prepared or trained to look for red flags because they don't have enough customers to sell to anyway. And we're working on even more so, working on some level of a discovery up front, where we spend time analyzing their business data. If you want someone to waste your money on ads, or if you're loking for someone to go and build you a couple of dashboards, go somewhere else and pay them four k a month.
