I can totally see how that strong of an onboarding process really builds affinity with you from the get go. I'm curious, for those who are not as what is the word self initiated in providing you referrals, you mentioned that you do a check in after the second meeting with them. Are there any other checkpoints even beyond like after you wrapped a project with a client where you are following back up? And what do those opportunities for asking for a referral look like?
