When Is the Right Time to Bring on Product Leaders?
The way that I think about bringing on a CEO product leader is if I have a very specific task or group of phrases or group of topics I want them to cover. It's just if you know that when the person is there they're going to have a role on the call or the meeting, right? So oftentimes people bring entourage to show that they have resources. To get one or two or three themes hammered home from your end is actually really helpful for them as they start making the decision.
