How to Archive Your Documents Physically

I have one drawer at home and two drawers here at the office. Very few new things are now added to it. I think more of it's really simplified over the years, but especially at home. We have passports and travel documents or currency for the different countries. And naming stickers with the kids names on them and the phone number that we put inside their clothes. So they know whose clothes it is.
