The New Business Problem of the Black Hole Firm

There's a positioning problem for both of these extremes, but they're different kind of positioning problems. The black hole firm isn't even trying to put forward a very positioning. And the new business machine firm is trying to spin a faux positioning. So obviously by this point, people have picked up. We don't necessarily want to be either. We want to strike a balance.
