Is Coffee Really Good for Mental Health?
Coffee is my vice. Like I said, I do right in the morning. Citrus salt as AF. But yeah, but not just get up and go outside for a few minutes. Take your coffee outside or whatever. Even if you're looking at your phone, get that sun in your eyes. And there are good studies on this. It makes it so that 16 hours later, your brain will start releasing its own melon. Which I hope you get to sleep.
