The Week Five of Training
i'll probably be blending in as i start to play around with some of these higher calory days. Wife is doing the western states 100, so i'm going to be a crewing and pacing. So it'll be a solo long effort versus kind of a a the two day back to back. But in the way i'm looking at this two as usually i'll do like a three maybe four week build up before taking a step back from whatever the key focus is.
