Ted Cruz - The Sex Haver

In 2013, Ted Cruz was one of several House Republicans who threatened the United States that they would shut down the government and refuse to pass a new spending bill if it included any money for Obamacare. One of his first moments of prominence was arguing against the Women's Health Protection Act. He claimed Planned Parenthood was unnecessary because there wasn't a shortage of rubbers. John McCain considered this inappropriate and shameful, especially since it was basically calling many Republicans who were friends with Nazis.
