Organizational development or design work is the second bullet. Lower the thresholds for action so once you're Capable of detecting early cues, you kind of get a sense of what's going on. That yes people are empowered. But what is the larger context? So that's the up hierarchy. How do we make up sense into larger and larger context up to the organizational whole?How do we make sure that that's happening in the system also especially, you know, that would be happening in the human system?
