How to Get Your Runners to Run
Runners as a whole, i would say, are reluctant to do er much strength training. The reason they enjoy running is cause they like to be outside and fresh air most of the time. So if you do have the limit they're running, it's a good opportunity to incorporate some really meaningful em strengthand condition ing work. And then once we've ticked that off them, it normally goe side inside with a increasing their running volume if we've watched them running.
