In the early 1980s, people were doing a lot of glute raises and glute bridges. And it kind of got thrown out in the 80s because of the advent of chain fond or fire hydrants. I am considering using these things in as my hinge or in addition to some light deadlifts to get some extra volume in my posterior chain. Any insights on how to incorporate these into easy strength and or three sets of eight would be appreciated.
