How to Get Into Ketosis

We know from a diet perspective, if we want to get into ketosis, we need to be mindful of carbs and really bring those down. We can narrow that eating window and keep blood glucose more at bay for longer just by narrowing that window. I don't think there's any harm in doing a fast once a week or once a month or something like that because you have those other days when you can get the nutrients that you need.
