Is Stretching Good for the Athletes?

Coach gets us directly into the stretching part, laying down on the floor as soon as time is finished. He's waigh harder than lying on the ground and allowing yourself to recover,. Like there is exertion with stretchingthat's why yoga is difficult. And what will happen is, overtime, the athletes will not give their maximal effort. They are going to save something beause theyare going to know thatthe either that or they will give ther. The coach should give the the buffer time to allow the athletes to recover. Minimum, minimum two minutes, better, three to five.
