The Quality of Your Sleep Is Determined by Your Belief About Your Sleep
i think the quality of your sleep is often determined by your belief about your sleep. I imagine it's probably even more so as a student, you know, went to a very small school in southwest virginia and believed myself to be a fantastic student. And then when i left high school and went to the university virginia, i quickly realized i'm pretty average. So we want to make sure that the belief about sleep and the actual sleep are really a sort of congruent to one another.
