There is kind of like a turning point where you can start to really trust your therapist. That point probably came maybe like four to five months into our sessions. My previous therapist was more of a Like she'll sit there and like listen as I give her all my updates fit out all my words and stuff. So then basically, I think that style makes you feel validated and seen or heard.
