Lucas: Can an organization take a good list and actually make changes? Michael: I am still not convinced that that is even possible. We all seem to be very much in the other hand, you had a good list. It's not very smart to put it in Tim's ward. How does one build a strong culture of experimentation at an organization (and what does that even mean)? One way is to spend a few years working at a company that already has such a culture… and then jump ship to another organization that is well on its way!
