Is There a Bias in Remote Working?
In the old days, it would be based on who you are most familiar with or who you are closely proximate to. I can imagine that there's probably an issue right at the top end of the scale of those people who are really good and getting burnt out because they're getting a lot of work. And those right at the bottom of the scale who are just hidden in the shadows could also cause some problems. So how do we help them to ensure that their careers are flourishing? And not just flourishing, but in the direction they wanted to.
