The Impact of Bench Training on Pain

During this time, were you guys able to train a bench press pretty normally? Yeah, bench. I mean, so he experienced pain primarily on squats, but after sometimes if the pain is painful enough, right, it would impact his bench. You feel it during bench. But I would say that he hasn't like 99% of the training sessions of his bench was like impacted. And usually after benching and after moving a bit, the pain does go away. Only a couple of sessions that the pain lingers all the way to the end,. So progressively as well, like those sessions that has long lingering pain, right, reduces the frequency of reduced progressively. From my perspective is because
