One or two, even three glasses of water. Even slightly cool water in the very first intake is ocaas that sort of room temperature will actually help stimulate the whole system and help thet elimination process. You often hear people talk about drinking a leter or a leter and a half of water first thing in the morning. We don't recommend that in avata unless you're absolutely dehydrated,. In that case, you might need to drink a leader or a liad in half water just to hydrate. And we do what's called a sesame oil, preferably sometimes cocoanut, amgagle, and ganduche - more commonly known as oil pulling.
