The Impact of Not Performing at a Standard

A situation that happened recently with the business had put pressure on the team to take their funds and use those as a way of being able to provide for their families over a short period of time. And so they were just focused on the short-term outcomes, which is not really living up to the values of the organization. So in some ways I was going through the motions of my role and not actually performing at a standard or an expectation that I would have it myself. The impact on myself was really a drop-in performance, a drop in commitments,. A poor attitude towards the organization and its strategic view, its direction.
