Marketers need to understand their consumers world and pain points. The things they do that are related to your world, not everything necessarily. And then you go, okay, what about our brand and our brand has certain things about it. It's probably good at certain things. Or something about its history or something about your company that means you could do this in the future maybe the other companies wouldn't do as well. You're looking for that small bit of intersection and that's the hard moment.
