You Don't Want to Take Every Risk
i think that most people, their dials are set a little bit to risk a verse. And so if you just twist the dial a few notches toward taking the chance, i think people are going to be happier. There's some interesting new research from a yell at fishbock showing that when we actually especial in learning, when we seek discomfort, right? Our instinct is always to avoid discomfort, but if we actually go and seek it, we learn faster. If you spend all your time avoiding discomfort, then you are going to bo goingto not grow or learn or do anything.
