The Relationship Between Internal Design and External Design, Right?
The relationship between internal design teams and people who come in from the outside, have to bring it back to the EEMs image. The very nature of the engagement, if you're external to the organization, you are by definition less close to the situation,. So that's one thing that comes to mind. There are upsides to doing this kind of work that transcend the immediate project at hand; they can be liberating or deeply frustrating.
