The Importance of Carbohydrates in Exercise

I always taped the top of the bottle on my frame, or you certainly used to just a literal electrolyte tablet. Because that again was just another way of keeping it easy. Why use carbohydrates now versus calories an hour? A lot of people come up to me and they talk in calories an hour. Do you break it down specifically because you're looking at just the carbohydrate source rather than taking into account the other macros that make up that calories or what? Well, it's kind of like, yeah, like more than I know that they have calories on the packaging.
